What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing accounts receivable/payable (following up overdue invoices, categorising bills in Hubdoc).

  • Supporting HR processes (updating records, scheduling interviews, tracking compliance).

  • Ensuring accurate and organised financial and employee records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in accounts/HR administration and cloud-based tools (Hubdoc, Xero).

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
