Unique Architectural Approach - 7 Mile
7 Mile is a residential property located in a scenic and peaceful location, and the clients approached us with a request to design an architectural landscape that includes family-focused garden areas valuable for kids and entertaining areas for guests. They also wanted to challenge people visually with sculptures and viewing areas of high-end gardens.
The challenge was to create an architectural landscape that not only met the client's specific requirements but also blended seamlessly with the surrounding environment. We had to ensure that the family-focused areas were safe for children while also incorporating visual features that would captivate the guests.
Our team worked closely with the clients to understand their needs and preferences. After a thorough consultation, we developed a design that incorporated all of their requirements. We suggested the use of a mixture of hardscaping and soft scaping, which would create the desired family-friendly environment while providing space for entertainment.
For the family-focused areas, we recommended the installation of a kid-friendly playground, veggie gardens with recycled brick paving and open green areas, perfect for a range of outdoor activities. The soft scaping included the use of plants and flowers that were safe for children and required low maintenance.
To create a visually challenging environment, we installed sculptures and viewing areas of high-end gardens that complemented the surrounding landscape. The sculptures were strategically placed in areas where guests could see them from different angles, creating a unique visual experience.
The final design exceeded the client's expectations, creating a balance between a family-friendly environment and a visually engaging landscape.
